What do I do if I lose my password?

If you have lost your password, you can have a new copy sent to the e-mail address that you registered with. Simply click on "Forgot your password?"" on the main navigation page.


How can I ensure that my information stays safe?

This is a two-way street. We keep all of your private information encrypted and stored in state-of-the-art secure servers. Your private information stays hidden and secure.

However, all of the encryption in the world can’t help you if you share your account details with someone else. Remember, DO NOT give your password out to anyone. MatchMove Games will never ask for your password.

If anyone asks you for your password or private information on MatchMove Games, please report them to us immediately.


Is it all right for me to share my MatchMove Games account with my friends or family?

No. Each account is reserved for only one user and one email address. Sharing of secure credentials such as passwords and security keys is a violation of our Terms of Service policy.


What does it mean when my account page says that I have pending transactions?

If a transaction is pending, it means that you do not have enough Mcash to purchase your selected items. To complete pending transactions, you must topup your Mcash to a sufficient amount.
